Rachel is a Licensed Social Worker providing therapy to adolescents and adults in-person and virtually. She has expertise in assisting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma or loss, self-esteem and self-worth, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
Rachel’s goal when spending valuable time with clients is to assist them in becoming more self-aware and fulfilled. For some, therapy can be intimidating and a new experience, she strives to cultivate a safe therapeutic relationship where individuals can feel comfortable and open to be their true authentic selves. She is passionate about creating spaces and relationships that integrate humor, play and openness.
With a holistic approach, Rachel integrates Strengths Based Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to assist individuals in improving all areas of their lives.
Rachel received her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Loyola Chicago. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Park University and has been working in the mental health field for over four years.
